1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sabet website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any sabet services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of sabet services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Creating an account or using sabet services in violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

All incorporated policies form an integral part of this Agreement and are equally binding upon you.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Persons who are legally incompetent, minors, or otherwise restricted from entering contractual agreements are strictly prohibited from using sabet services.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

sabet services are intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. While we welcome players from jurisdictions where online gaming is legal, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and use of sabet services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence and the location from which you access our services.

Certain jurisdictions prohibit or restrict online gambling activities. If you reside in or access sabet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal, you are prohibited from creating an account or using our services. sabet reserves the right to restrict or deny service to players from specific jurisdictions at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3.3 Account Registration Process

Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and other data necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes. Failure to provide accurate information or maintain current account details may result in account suspension, inability to process withdrawals, or other restrictions on your account functionality.

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and voiding of any pending transactions or bonuses. sabet employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, payment methods, IP addresses, and other technical indicators.

3.4 Identity Verification Requirements

Verification requirements typically include submission of valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be required periodically thereafter. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed to sabet's satisfaction.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Credentials and Security

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You must immediately notify sabet customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or other compromise of your account credentials. sabet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or protect your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, allow others to access your account, or transfer account ownership to another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any breach of account security obligations may result in account suspension or termination without liability to sabet.

4.2 Account Activity Monitoring

sabet reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service quality purposes. This includes reviewing gameplay patterns, transaction history, communication with customer support, and technical access data such as IP addresses and device information.

Suspicious activity, including but not limited to patterns indicative of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating, will be investigated thoroughly. sabet reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation and to take appropriate action based on investigation findings.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposit Methods and Requirements

sabet supports various payment methods for player convenience, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other options as made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the payment processing page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You agree to deposit only funds that are legally yours and obtained from legitimate sources. sabet reserves the right to reject deposits or request source of funds documentation if we have reason to believe funds may be derived from illegal activities.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method but are typically instant or completed within minutes. sabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Transaction fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limitations

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance subject to these Terms and applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations requiring consistency between deposit and withdrawal methods.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page. sabet aims to process most withdrawal requests within 1-2 hours, but processing may take longer for large amounts, first-time withdrawals requiring enhanced verification, or during periods of high transaction volume.

sabet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud prevention measures necessitate enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal requests may be declined if account verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, or Terms have been violated.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

sabet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is designed to prevent use of sabet services for money laundering purposes.

Large or unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source of funds documentation. sabet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected money laundering or financial crimes.

6. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 General Gameplay Provisions

All games offered by sabet utilize certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or sabet.

Specific game rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and other game-specific information are available within each game or in the game information section. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets.

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void. sabet will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-error state, but is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our control.

6.2 Betting Limits and Restrictions

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. sabet reserves the right to modify betting limits, restrict specific players to lower limits, or exclude players from certain games based on gameplay patterns, account status, or other factors at our sole discretion.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting patterns designed to exploit bonus structures, or any other activity deemed abusive by sabet, will result in bonus forfeiture, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination.

7.2 Loyalty and VIP Programs

sabet may operate loyalty or VIP programs rewarding regular players with points, tier status upgrades, exclusive bonuses, and other benefits. Program terms, point earning rates, tier requirements, and benefits are subject to change at sabet's discretion without prior notice.

Loyalty points and VIP status are personal to your account and non-transferable. Abuse of loyalty programs, including collusion to earn points or tier status manipulation, will result in program exclusion and potential account termination.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Player Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other persons
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other means to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of coordinated play with other players
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for advantage
• Using automated playing systems, bots, or other software to place bets
• Engaging in bonus abuse or irregular play patterns designed to exploit promotions
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack sabet software or systems
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or attempting to launder money through sabet
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or sabet staff
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

sabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform or other players.

Upon account termination for Terms violations, sabet may forfeit your account balance, void pending bets and transactions, cancel bonus eligibility, and take legal action to recover damages where applicable. Decisions regarding account suspension and termination are final and not subject to appeal except as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the sabet website, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to sabet and protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use sabet services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any sabet content without express written permission.

The sabet name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of sabet. Unauthorized use of sabet trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability Disclaimer

sabet services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Technical issues, maintenance, regulatory changes, or other factors may cause service interruptions or limitations.

sabet reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability. We are not responsible for losses arising from service unavailability, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sabet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of sabet services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall sabet's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of sabet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or sabet services, you agree to first contact sabet customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action litigation. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments and Modifications

sabet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address, prominent notice on the website, or notification upon login.

Your continued use of sabet services following notification of Terms changes constitutes acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using sabet services and may close your account in accordance with account closure procedures.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when Terms were most recently revised.
